Life Coach to Teens and their Parents

You haven't lost your teen.  With a few great skill building activites mixed with confidence building you can have your confident, loving teen back, ready for lifes transitions ahead.

I can uncover their hidden potential and self help skills, help ease anxiety, support them through crisis social situations and hold them accountable to their agreements and choices.

Parenting a teen can be a rocky road full of anxiety, upset and confusion.  To you, the parent, I offer support, resources, and proven skills to navigate with your teen to a loving and respecting relationship.

Health, Wellness and Life Coach

A health, wellness and life coach is a life balance expert who has a lot to offer in helping to cope with the day-to-day struggles.  I am your coach, dedicated to listening to you, asking you powerful questions, and guiding you to your own answers. I will help you move forward in your life by providing you with coaching, consulting and available resources. 

My Approach

Whatever your starting point is, I will use a holistic approach to help you reach your health goals by considering all of the different aspects of YOUR life. Together we will work to create balance in the areas that need the most attention so that you can take and re-gain control of your health and your life.

How My Approach Works

First we begin with a free 15 minute phone session to review your history, expectations and to get a feel as to if we will work well together

We then schedule either an in-person, phone or Facetime coaching session. Each session runs 50 minutes. During this first consultation, we will work together to identify your current state of wellness and areas of your life that might need special attention. We will begin setting specific goals that are measurable, action-based and realistic.

We will then schedule subsequent sessions based on what concerns you choose to address. We will determine specific action steps. During and between sessions I will provide you with knowledge, handouts, tools, accountability and support to help you reach you r personal goals.

Identify Goals
The first step towards success is to identify what you will actually be succeeding at doing. Together we will set specific goals that are measurable, action-based and realistic. The better we define your goals, the more likely you will be at achieving them.
Develop Action Steps
Once we’ve set your goals, we will determine specific action steps to needed to achieve the outcome you desire. We will make sure these action steps align with your own values, fits into your lifestyle and will give you what YOU truly want. We will identify challenges and obstacles that might get in the way and address what needs to be done to break through or step around those barriers
Primary and secondary food
I believe there are two types of food in our lives – primary and secondary. Primary foods are all of those things in our life that feed our soul while secondary food is everything that we consume to feed our bodies. Everything in our life is connected, and by focusing on both can you truly reach your goals.
